Performance Piece Information

If you wish to perform more than three pieces, please indicate so in the remarks section and provide the information for each piece.

For those participating in the Ensemble Category, please list the full names, genders, and dates of birth of all performers in the remarks section of your application.

For the Modern & Contemporary Category (for non-Assigned Piece free variations), please include the choreographer's name along with the title of the piece in the performance piece information section.

  • Grande fête reserves the right to photograph and record video during the competition. This may include but is not limited to private coaching sessions, workshop participants' performances, and activities in the lobby and backstage areas.
  • By participating in Grande fête, participants, their guardians, and affiliated instructors grant Grande fête permission to photograph and video record them. They also grant permission for Grande fête to use the photographs, videos, and similar images for promotional purposes (including print, online, and social media).
  • After applying for the evaluation, workshop, or private coaching, the participation fee is non-refundable, even if the participant decides not to participate due to personal reasons.
  • If you need to withdraw from the competition, please notify the organizing committee via email. Please note that once paid, fees are non-refundable.
  • Grande fête is not responsible for any incidents that may occur during the competition, such as natural disasters (earthquakes, fires), man-made disasters, serious accidents, infectious diseases, or injuries and accidents caused by the participants themselves.
  • Grande fête is not responsible for any loss, theft, or other incidents that may occur during the competition.
  • The safety of participants and attendees is our top priority. In the event that a heavy rain, storm, flood warning, or other special weather warning is issued for the event location, the competition may be canceled or postponed. We will promptly announce any changes on our website or official Instagram page.
